The Area Studies (Countries in Perspective) series is currently under development. This series will feature study materials, interactive maps and tests on countries from around the world. For a preview of how this will unfold, please visit the Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, the Philippines, Serbia, and Syria projects. They will serve as the flagship projects in this series. They are still undergoing development. Additional chapters will be added in the near future. These projects will also be used to gather information to help this series better meet the needs of our linguist community.
